Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping times vary by product. Please refer to each product's description for estimated delivery times specific to your region.

(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or postal service issues, which are outside of our direct control.)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes ANTHYL is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Issues If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
