Refund & Return Policy

All Sales are Final Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind or if nothing is wrong with the product.

Damaged or Defective Items The only exception to our "no return" policy is if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately through our website's "Contact Us" page if the item is broken or not working, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wrong Product Received If we accidentally sent you the wrong item or product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our "Contact Us" page. We will send you the correct item at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping (Warehouse Only) DO NOT send any items back to the address on your shipping label or to any personal addresses. We do not accept returns at our administrative office or home addresses.

  1. If your return is approved for damage or an error, we will provide you with a specific warehouse return label and instructions.

  2. Items sent back without first requesting a return via our "Contact Us" page will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds Once the warehouse receives and inspects the damaged or wrong item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
